Third Generation siblings Luciano, Ines, Maria, and Umberto Caneva emigrated from Asiago, Italy and settled in the Midwestern region of the United States - initally in Michigan, but with Luciano eventually settling in Illinois, Maria in Indiana, and Ines in Wisconsin. Luciano, Ines, and Maria had surviving children; Umberto lost his only child aboard ship and himself died in a mine accident only four months after arriving in the United States.
